tests. The company procures
its alloy steel from reputed QS9000 and ISO9001 certified
manufacturers like Mukund
and Musco to ensure proper chemical composition, jomminy values and specified metallurgical requirements.
Jagadamba
executes its commitment to quality by ensuring:
- Checking of components
by calibrated gauges having R&R values of less than 30%,
to determine conformance to specifications
- On commencement of production,
the first few pieces are checked for chordal width,
lead, profile, pitch and composite errors as per
standards, on Osaka CNC Lead and Profile error testing
machines
- Well -equipped laboratory
to check metallurgical aspects of heat-treated gears
- The entire process works
under the systems and control of TS-16949. The company
has adopted the TPM policy, which helps to create
a safe working environment and continuous elimination
of losses with increased flexibility in the processes
Process capability studies
are routinely carried out for Critical to quality (CTQ)
paramaters and rejection levels at Customer's end are
maintained to within 10 PPM
